JUSTICE COMMANDER KALIKO
Military Background: Distinguished officer with an unblemished record. Justice Commander: Serves as Overseer of Courtroom Proceedings in all chaired Arbiter Rulings. Commands the forces assigned to Justice Command. Historical: Arbiters of Imperium Justice Command, and Divine Proctors of the Realm of Divinity are responsible for co-creating and upholding the universal laws of Imperium Conduct. Appointment to Justice Commander is made to an Imperium Officer near worthy of holding a seat on the council of Arbiters. There can be only three ruling seats. The Justice Commander is the fourth seat on the stand, and has no judicial power to make decisions. It is therefore a position revered for possible successors to the inaugural chair of the Arbiter Council.
