Divine Proctor I'zatop: Faith administrator and spiritual advisor to the military. Historical: Divine Proctors of the Realm of Divinity are responsible for co-creating and upholding the universal laws of Imperium Conduct. The full powers of the Proctors are unknown and unimaginable. They are the guardians of Kramgassel's Decree, and direct descendants of Emperor Kramgassel's good son, Rol'Amiel. Proctors ruled the universe for nine centuries before they relinquished their rule to military dominance. Proctors bear witness to specters from the past, and are empowered to overrule military decisions. Personal: Divine Proctor I'zatop is the highest-ranking religious magistrate within the Realm of Divinity. He acts as direct counsel to Imperium Arbiters and Imperium High Command. He commands the Divine Forces - separated apart from the military - and presides aboard the spiritual class vessel, Echo of Prayer. (Appears on Page 9 of Book 1)
