Torio Izasa: Enlisted as a cadet, assigned to
the academy on Roma. Completed four months of training. Criminal Record: Banished to Itasca for raping and sexual assaulting a female officer. Personal: Torio was a womanizing young man with wealthy parents and an uncle in the Imperium High Command. His uncle managed to get him into the academy, despite his lack of discipline and educational aptitude. Sixteen weeks into his training, Torio raped and sexually assaulted his female superior. He was convicted and held in stockade for five weeks prior to being transported and banished to Itasca. Torio was expelled aboard the Sepulcher and sentenced by Captain Malcolm Vismal. His Outlaw Designation Group (ODG) included Epimetheus Von, Lemual Z. Silas, Luther Soloman, Sebastian Liesl, and the legendary Kort Villikon. Torio followed the path of Epimetheus Von on Itasca. His rude, obnoxious, and insubordinate attitude did not aid his efforts to survive on the brutal world. Von beheaded Torio with the tusk of a Dirt Whale.
