Arbiter Jellicoe: Arbiters are distinguished officers with unblemished records characterized by supreme honor and dedication to duty. Jellicoe is ruling advocate in the third chair of the Arbiter Council. Third chair serves to give voice as a defensive advocate for reason and skepticism. Jellicoe is the youngest Arbiter assigned as a judicial leader. The newest Arbiter is always appointed as third chair. Only the death of an Arbiter in chairs one or two can advance third chair. The duties of voice are part of the assigned chair.
Historical: Arbiters of Imperium Justice Command, and Divine Proctors of the Realm of Divinity are responsible for co-creating, and upholding the universal laws of Imperium Conduct. There are only three Arbiters assigned to govern over the Imperium Forces. Appointment as an Arbiter comes from the Realm of Divinity and is a position held for as long as the appointee shall live. Arbiters are the final authority of all military and judicial decisions.
